تُشكل هذه الوثيقة اتفاقية قانونية ملزمة بينك ("المستخدم" أو "أنت") وبين تطبيق وموقع أثير لتعليم الإنجليزية (Atheer English)، المُشغّل من قبل مؤسسة أثير التعليمية المسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية. يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية تامة قبل استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع الإلكتروني (atheerapp.com). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Atheer English App & Website, operated by Atheer Educational Org in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please read these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") carefully before using the application or website (atheerapp.com).
بتحميل التطبيق، أو تثبيته، أو تسجيل حساب، أو الاشتراك في أي من باقاته المدفوعة، فإنك تقر وتوافق صراحةً على الالتزام الكامل بهذه الشروط، بالإضافة إلى اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من أبل (Apple Standard EULA) وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، فيتعين عليك التوقف فوراً عن استخدام التطبيق والموقع. By downloading, installing, registering an account, or subscribing to paid services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.
لاستخدام تطبيق أثير، يجب أن تكون قد بلغت سن الرشد القانوني (18 عاماً في المملكة العربية السعودية) أو أن تحصل على موافقة صريحة وإشراف من ولي الأمر إذا كان عمرك بين 13 و 18 عاماً. يُحظر استخدام التطبيق من قِبل الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have explicit parental/guardian consent if you are between 13 and 18 years old. Use by children under 13 is strictly prohibited.
يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة ودقيقة عند إنشاء الحساب (عبر تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple أو البريد الإلكتروني الموثق)، ويتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وكافة الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering (via Sign in with Apple or verified email), and you remain solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
يقدم تطبيق أثير باقات اشتراك مدفوعة (Atheer Premium) تمنح جميعها نفس الميزات والمحتوى الكامل دون أي تمييز، والمتغير الوحيد بينها هو المدة الزمنية للاشتراك (شهر واحد، ٣ أشهر، ٦ أشهر) مع تطبيق سياسة الاستخدام العادل: Atheer offers three auto-renewing subscription plans (Atheer Premium). All three tiers unlock the exact same premium feature set and content with zero disparity, differing solely in subscription duration (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months) subject to our AI Fair Use Policy:
يمنحك تطبيق أثير ترخيصاً شخصياً، ومحدوداً، وغير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل، وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراضك التعليمية والشخصية غير التجارية فقط، على أجهزة Apple (iOS / iPadOS) المصرح لك باستخدامها. Atheer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes on authorized Apple iOS/iPadOS devices.

كافة الحقوق والملكيات الفكرية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: النصوص القصصية، والتسجيلات الصوتية البشرية، والتمارين الإملائية، والرسومات، والشعارات، والتصميمات وواجهات المستخدم، هي ملكية حصرية وخاصة لتطبيق أثير ومحمية بموجب أنظمة حماية حقوق المؤلف والعلامات التجارية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة. All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including original stories, human voice narrations, dictation drills, artwork, trademarks, UI design, and branding, are exclusively owned by Atheer and protected under Saudi and international copyright and trademark laws.
يشتمل التطبيق على تقنيات ذكاء اصطناعي تفاعلية لتصحيح النطق والمحادثة الصوتية المباشرة. يتم توفير هذه الخدمات كأدوات مساعدة تعليمية "كما هي"، وعلى الرغم من حرصنا البالغ على دقة المخرجات التعليمية، إلا أننا لا نضمن خلو الردود التوليدية تماماً من الهفوات اللغوية العارضة. The App includes interactive AI-driven tools for voice conversations and pronunciation assistance. These are provided as educational aids on an "AS IS" basis. While we strive for absolute pedagogical accuracy, generative models may occasionally generate unintended responses.
إلى الحد الأقصى المسموح به بموجب الأنظمة السارية، لا تتحمل مؤسسة أثير أو القائمين عليها أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة، أو عرضية، أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو تعذر استخدامه، أو انقطاع الخدمة المؤقت لأعمال الصيانة والتحديث. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Atheer and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App or Service interruptions.
يحق لك إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت عبر حذف حسابك بشكل فوري ونهائي مباشرة من داخل شاشة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق، أو عبر التواصل مع الدعم الفني. كما يحق لأثير تعليق أو إنهاء وصول أي مستخدم ينتهك هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الموارد التقنية. You may terminate this agreement at any time by permanently deleting your account directly within the App settings (Profile > Delete Account) or contacting support. Atheer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
تخضع هذه الشروط والاتفاقية وتُفسر حصراً وفقاً للأنظمة واللوائح السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض بالنظر في أي نزاع قد ينشأ عنها. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
